  Write, test, and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms. Ensure security and efficiency of smart contract code.
• Consensus Algorithms:
  Implement and customise consensus algorithms for blockchain networks. Optimise blockchain performance and scalability.
• Blockchain Integration:
  Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications. Develop APIs and interfaces for seamless interaction with blockchain networks.
• Security and Encryption:
  Implement security measures to protect blockchain systems and transactions. Utilize encryption techniques for secure data storage and transmission.
• Node Setup and Management:
  Set up and configure blockchain nodes and networks. Manage and monitor blockchain infrastructure.
• Decentralised Identity and Access Management:
  Implement decentralised identity solutions and access management. Ensure privacy and security in decentralized systems.
• Research and Innovation:
  Stay updated on the latest blockchain technologies and trends. Explore and experiment with new blockchain tools and frameworks.
• Documentation:
  Create comprehensive documentation for blockchain solutions and architectures. Provide clear instructions for deploying and maintaining blockchain systems.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts. Communicate complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others.
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development using languages like Solidity.
• Knowledge of consensus algorithms, cryptographic techniques, and encryption.
• Familiarity with decentralized identity and access management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Blockchain certifications or training.
